Mars, Gerald: Workplace sabotage

Workplace sabotage kom ut 2001 och är en samling av akademiska artiklar på temat arbetsplatsrelaterat sabotage. Av och för akademiker är väl en bra samanfatting. Den är med största säkerhet utgiven av folk som vill studera och neutralisera motsättningarna i produktionen. En hel del artiklar är dock väldigt bra. Speciellt A Sociological Analysis of Dud Behavior in the United States Army och Machine breaking and the changing carpet industry of Western Anatolia 1860–1908. De är en jäkla blandning i antologin. Gamalt blandas med nytt, marxister med blåborgerliga sociologer osv. Många av artiklarna från 70-talet är byggda på "deltagande observation", dvs att akademikerna i fråga har tagit jobb på nån random fabrik för att som arbetare studera de andra arbetarna. För den som är intresserad av sabotage så är boken intressant läsning och ger många uppslag och litteraturtips.
